Notice is hereby given that an election is to be held in the Town of Lac du Flambeau on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.  The following offices are to be elected: one CHAIRMAN seat and four SUPERVISOR seats.    

The term of office for Chairman is two years. The term of office for Treasurer is two years.  The term of office for two Supervisors, receiving the greatest number of votes, shall be for two years.  The term of office for two Supervisors, receiving the next highest number of votes, shall be for one-year terms.   

The first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1. 2024. 

Notice is further given that a Campaign Finance Registration Statement, a Declaration of Candidacy and nomination papers must be filled no later than January 7, 2025, 5:00 p.m.  in the office of the Town Clerk, 109 Old Abe Road, Lac du Flambeau, WI.  The forms may be obtained from the Town Hall, Wisconsin Elections Commission and the Wisconsin Ethics Commission.  

Notice is further given that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.  This is determined by the number of persons submitting nomination papers for the respective offices.
